Although this is a bit of a departure from the “bleeps and bloops” theme I have going on, I wanted to share one of my favorite PC soundtracks. And hey, it’s more than 10 years old at this point, so that shouldn’t soil the “classic” theme too much!
Outlaws is a first person shooter made by LucasArts. Composed by Clint Bajakian, and heavily inspired by the works of Ennio Morricone, Outlaws was ranked from several sources as the best game soundtrack of 1997. Give it a listen, I think I agree. And yes, I know Final Fantasy 7 came out the same year. :)
